Admission & The Vendor Bond
Torzon is an exclusive ecosystem. We do not accept every applicant. To maintain a high standard of service and eliminate low-effort scammers, we enforce a strict Vendor Bond policy.
Why the Bond Exists
The bond is a deposit of $500 USD (payable in BTC or XMR). It serves two critical functions within our economic game theory:
- Spam Filter: It makes it financially unviable for "rippers" to create hundreds of fake accounts. If they are banned, they lose the bond.
- Insurance Pool: If a vendor performs an exit scam, the bond is liquidated and distributed proportionally among the victims.
Exemption: Established vendors with verifiable feedback profiles on other major markets (Dread, Recon verification required) may apply for a Bond Waiver. Contact support with your signed PGP proof.
The Stealth Shipping Protocol
Shipping contraband through the public mail system is an art form. It requires understanding the psychology of postal workers, the technology of scanning machines, and the biology of detection dogs. Below is the Torzon Standard for Stealth.
PHASE 1 The Clean Room
Forensic Hygiene: Never pack products in the same room where you live or sleep. Use a dedicated "Clean Room."
- DNA: Wear a hairnet, face mask, and Tyvek sleeves. A single hair trapped under the packing tape is a DNA link directly to you.
- Fingerprints: Wear nitrile gloves. Change them every 30 minutes. Wipe all finished packages with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol before applying the shipping label.
- Surface Contamination: Wipe down your work surface with bleach before and after packing. Drug residue on the outside of a package triggers the dogs immediately.
PHASE 2 The Barrier (Visual & Scent)
Vacuum Sealing is Mandatory. Every order must be double-vacuum sealed. We recommend using Mylar Moisture Barrier Bags (MBB) for the inner layer.
The "Decoy" Philosophy: A package should never look empty or suspicious if X-rayed. It must look like a legitimate commercial product.
Examples of good decoys: Inside a sealed bag of coffee beans (organic material masks organic density), inside a cheap DVD player casing, or within a stack of professional-looking business documents.
Bad decoys: Hollowed-out books (cliché), cheap toys (looks like junk mail), or overly taped boxes (arouses suspicion).
PHASE 3 Digital Forensics (The Printer)
Most color laser printers secretly print tiny, invisible yellow dots on every page. These dots encode the printer's serial number and the timestamp of printing. The FBI uses this to track anonymous letters back to the specific printer sold at a specific Best Buy.
Countermeasure: ONLY use simple black-and-white thermal label printers (like Zebra or Dymo). They do not use yellow toner and thus cannot print MIC dots. Never use a color home inkjet or laser printer for shipping labels.

The "Finalize Early" (FE) Privilege
Standard escrow holds funds until the buyer confirms delivery. This protects the buyer but hurts the vendor's cash flow. FE (Finalize Early) allows the vendor to access funds immediately upon marking the order as "Shipped."
How to Earn FE
FE is not a right; it is a privilege built on extreme trust. To qualify, you must demonstrate:
- Consistency: Minimum 3 months of activity with no breaks.
- Volume: Over $25,000 in gross sales.
- Conflict Resolution: A dispute rate lower than 1%.
Warning: If an FE vendor receives multiple "non-arrival" reports, FE status is instantly revoked and the account is flagged for audit. We monitor FE vendors via statistical analysis to detect "exit scam" patterns (e.g., a sudden spike in sales followed by delayed shipping).
Winning Disputes
Disputes are inevitable. Packages get lost; buyers lie; postal workers steal. When a buyer claims "Non-Arrival," how do you prove you sent it?
The Video Proof Standard:
Torzon encourages vendors to record their packing process.
1. Setup a camera (phone in airplane mode) showing the scale and the shipping label.
2. Show the product being weighed.
3. Show the product going into the package.
4. Show the label being applied.
5. CRITICAL: After recording, delete the video from the phone and move it to an encrypted drive (Veracrypt). Keep it for 30 days.
If a dispute arises, upload this video to a secure, anonymous file host (like OnionShare) and send the link to the moderator. This is an instant win for the vendor.

For industrial-scale vendors, manual order processing is a bottleneck. We provide a full REST API accessible via Tor Hidden Service, allowing you to integrate Torzon with your own inventory management systems.

Strictly Prohibited Items
Torzon is a free market, but we draw the line at harm reduction and moral hazards. Selling the following items results in an immediate ban and reporting to relevant watchdogs:
- Fentanyl & Analogues: No synthetic opioids that cause mass overdose events.
- Weapons/Explosives: No firearms, gun parts, or bomb-making tutorials.
- CP / Trafficking: Zero tolerance. We actively cooperate with NGOs to hunt predators.
- Poisons/Richens: No biological weapons or assassination tools.
- Russian/CIS Data: We do not allow the sale of data belonging to citizens of CIS countries (Commonwealth of Independent States).
