Support Center

Torzon operates without a central authority or legal recourse. You are responsible for your own security. Read this Knowledge Base thoroughly. 95% of support tickets are ignored because the answer is already here.

Account & Access

I lost my password / PIN. Can you reset it?

Short Answer: NO.

Detailed Explanation: Torzon utilizes a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture for password storage. When you create an account, your password is salted and hashed using bcrypt before it ever touches our database. We do not store your actual password. Therefore, we physically cannot see it, recover it, or reset it.

This is a security feature, not a bug. It means that if law enforcement seizes our servers, they cannot access your account either. If you have lost your password and your Mnemonic Recovery Phrase, your account and funds are lost forever. Create a new account.

I am locked out by PGP 2FA. What do I do?

If you enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via PGP, you must decrypt a message to log in. If you have lost your PGP Private Key, you are permanently locked out.

Troubleshooting PGP 2FA:
1. Ensure you are decrypting the entire PGP block, including the `-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----` and `-----END PGP MESSAGE-----` headers.
2. Check your system clock. Time drift on Tails OS can sometimes cause issues with certain GPG versions.
3. If you copy-pasted the challenge into a text file, ensure no extra whitespace was added.
Support cannot disable 2FA for you. Doing so would allow social engineers to hijack accounts by pretending to be you.

Why was my account banned immediately after registration?

Our anti-spam system is aggressive. You may have been banned for:

  • Username Pattern: Using names like "Admin", "Mod", or random strings like "asdfg123".
  • Tor Exit Node: The specific Tor node you are using might be blacklisted due to DDoS attacks. Try getting a "New Identity" in Tor Browser.
  • Phishing Protection: If you registered via a known phishing link (detected by our referer headers), we auto-ban the account to protect you from depositing funds into a compromised wallet.

Deposits & Withdrawals

My Bitcoin deposit hasn't arrived after 2 hours.

The Torzon wallet watches the blockchain automatically. If your funds are not showing, it is 99% likely due to the Bitcoin network, not us.

Check the Transaction ID (TXID) on a Block Explorer:

  • 0 Confirmations: The transaction is in the Mempool. You paid a fee that was too low. We cannot credit funds until they are mined. You must wait or use RBF (Replace-By-Fee).
  • 1 Confirmation: We require 2 confirmations for BTC. Wait for the next block (~10 minutes).
  • Confirmed but not credited: This is rare. Open a support ticket with the TXID and the exact amount.
I sent Monero (XMR) but forgot the Payment ID?

Torzon uses Integrated Addresses or Sub-addresses for Monero deposits. We generally do not require a separate Payment ID because the unique address itself identifies your account.

However, if you sent funds to the old "Master Address" without a Payment ID (if that legacy option was even active), the system cannot know who sent the money. You must open a ticket with the TxKey (Transaction Key) from your Monero wallet to prove ownership. Without the TxKey, we cannot help.

Why are withdrawal fees so high?

Torzon does not profit from withdrawal fees. The fee you see covers:

  1. Miner Fee: The cost to pay the blockchain network for high-priority processing.
  2. Mixing Overhead: When you withdraw, we often perform a "defensive mix" or batch transaction to obscure our hot wallet's cluster. This costs extra data.

We prioritize privacy and speed over cheapness. If you want cheap transfers, use Litecoin (though we recommend Monero for safety).

Orders & Escrow

The vendor asked me to "Finalize Early" (FE). Should I?

WARNING: NO.

Finalizing Early means you release the funds to the vendor before you receive the product. Once you click Finalize, the money is gone. Support cannot recover it. The escrow is broken.

Exceptions: Only FE if:

  • The vendor is a trusted "Level 10" or "Partner" with thousands of reviews.
  • You are willing to lose 100% of your money.

If a new vendor demands FE, they are likely scamming. Report them immediately.

My package hasn't arrived. How do I dispute?

The Dispute Timeline:
1. Wait for the "Auto-Finalize" timer to near expiration. Do not dispute 2 days after ordering.
2. Message the vendor first. 80% of issues are resolved by reshipment.
3. If the vendor ignores you, click "Dispute" before the timer hits 0.

Winning a Dispute:
The moderator decides based on evidence. You (the buyer) are at a disadvantage regarding tracking (since tracking numbers are often not shared for OpSec). However, we look at the vendor's statistics. If they have 5 disputes in a week, we rule in your favor. If you dispute every order you make, we ban you.

What is a "Love Letter" from customs?

A "Love Letter" is a seizure notice from Customs (CBP, Border Force, etc.) stating that they intercepted a package addressed to you containing illicit goods.

What to do:
1. Do NOT respond. Do not call them. Do not try to claim the package.
2. Clean house. Remove any illegal items from your residence immediately.
3. Burn the Drop. Never use that name/address for orders again. It is burned.
4. Scan/Photo the letter: Send a photo (with your name blacked out if you want, but we need to see the seizure code) to the vendor. Most reputable vendors offer a 50% or 100% reship upon proof of seizure.

Vendor Questions

How do I get the Vendor Bond waived?

The $500 vendor bond is mandatory for new accounts. However, we offer waivers for established vendors transferring from other markets (e.g., Dread, Archetyp, Abacus).

Waiver Process:
1. Create a Torzon account.
2. Put your Torzon username in your profile bio on the other market.
3. Open a support ticket here with the subject "Vendor Waiver - [Market Name]".
4. We will verify your PGP key and reputation. If you have <100 sales or <4.8 stars, the waiver is denied.

Can I sell digital items (Tutorials, E-books)?

Yes, but scrutiny is higher.

Allowed: Original hacking tutorials, unique fraud methods, legitimate software keys.

Banned: Publicly available info (PDFs found on Google), "Get Rich Quick" schemes, Pornography (of any kind), or violence/gore. We are a drug and digital utility market, not a trash heap.
